Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is required by our payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe) and explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.
Subscriptions
Pro (₹999/mo) and Team (₹2499/mo) are monthly subscriptions billed in advance. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Refunds
Because a free tier lets you evaluate the Service before paying, paid plans are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. However, if you were charged in error, or the Service was materially unavailable, email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com within 7 days and we will review and, where warranted, issue a prorated or full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we retry and notify you. If payment cannot be collected, the account is downgraded to the free tier without loss of your local library.
Taxes
Indian customers are issued GST-compliant invoices. Provide your GSTIN at checkout if you need it on the invoice.
